Q: I need help. How exactly does the Fashionably Noted website work?

A: To begin designing your girl, click the "NEW DESIGN" button on the left side of the home page. Then you'll need to choose a character and skin tone by clicking your cursor on either the little girl or woman character, followed by either the "fair", "medium", or "dark" complexion color choice. Next, you're transported to the dressing room where all the fun begins! Just click on the categories at the top of the page (things like "hair", "tops", and "shoes"), and you'll be able to customize your girl by her hair-do, clothing, accessories, and more. There is no order you have to follow for the designing, so you can go back-and-forth to the different categories as many times as you'd like-just make sure you visit every category at least once (we'd hate for you to go shoeless!).

After you've finished designing your girl, click the "DESIGN YOUR PRODUCT" arrow at the bottom of the page. On this screen, you'll be able to pick which type of product you'd like (Stationery, Invitation, Tall Notepad, Short Notepad, Paperweight, or Address Label); pick the background and background color of your choice, and enter your text using the font, color and sizing of your choice. You can further customize your product by clicking and dragging the font box and your character anywhere you’d like on your product.

When you're satisfied with your design, you’ll be able to preview the final product before proceeding to the checkout area.

Q: Can I customize my girl with an outfit or item that I don't see online?

A: But of course! You'll just need to discuss it with one of our designers before we can give you a price quote. Pricing and turnaround will depend on the complexity of your design. E-mail us at info@fashionablynoted.com, and someone will contact you as soon as possible.

Q: Will there be more designs added to the website in the future?

A: Absolutely! We're already working on outfits for themed parties (such as a mermaid for an "Under the Sea" party), and ready-made "looks" for the track stars, princesses, and master chefs in all of us. In addition, we'll be updating and adding designs as often as we can. We'd love any suggestions or feedback that you have?that will help us decide which things to design first. Q: What are the products and sizes that I can have my girl printed on?

A: Currently, we offer the following formats:

Stationery or Invitations - 7"width x 5"height
Tall Notepad - 4.875"width x 7"height
Short Notepad - 4.5"width x 4"height
Paperweight - approx. 2.75"width x 3.5"height
Address Labels - 1.5" diameter

Q: Can I make a special order for my girl to be printed on a different format or size that I don't see offered on the website?

A: Sure! Just contact us at info@fashionablynoted.com, and someone will contact you to discuss your needs and inform you of pricing and turnaround time.

Q: What if I need to make a change to my girl or the wording of my card after I've placed the order?

A: If your order has not printed yet, we will cancel your original order, and you'll be able to re-design the item. Please contact us at info@fashionablynoted.com if you need to make a change.

Q: How long does it take to ship after I've placed my order?

A: Our usual shipping time is 4 business days. Rush orders will be delivered in four business days for a charge of $50.00 which includes the freight.

*Note: Orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. (Central) to be shipped according to the above schedule. Orders received after 3:00 p.m., over the weekend, or during holidays will be processed as if they were received on the following business day. We observe the same holiday schedule as UPS.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

Q: I'm having trouble with the website. It just doesn't seem to be working well for me.

A: If you are having any navigation or technical problems with the site, or things just seem to be acting a little funny, please contact us at info@fashionablynoted.com, and we'll try to figure out what's going on.

Q: Once I order a girl, do I own the rights to her?

A: Even though she may look like you, Fashionably Noted by Stacy Claire Boyd owns all of the copyrights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights related to the designs.
